This car is amazing, its only ONE problem with it, its overpriced. Thats the simple truth, im not saying this car should cost the same as a brownie. But it is overpriced, it shouldve started 20k Cheaper. Other than that its perfect, its not a car for "range", Tesla murders Porsche in both range and performance to be deadly honest. But a Tesla isnt a porsche, porsche is bringing their experience from building ICE vehicles for decades into this BEV. Tesla has to start from scratch and find themselves, which they still havent done. And im not shitting on Tesla... Tesla`s are amazing cars, and in my dream garage id have a Tesla. But this porsche is just "more" than a Tesla..

So for about 15% of the price i could get a model 3 which is basically 85% of the car this thing is and just ignore some quality issues here and there. That pretty much sums up the problem with EV's and hybrids in general. Why cant car makers give us a NORMAL car for a decent price? Why do they have to make stupid looking "cars" like the leaf, spark, i3, etc, price them well above what a traditional car cost, and then wonder why people wont buy them? It's starting to change but the prices are still not moving. I would much rather buy a quality car like the camry for 20k than an electric equivalent for 40K. Oil changes and gas aren't going to offset 20 thousand freaking dollars. TLDR: I would love to own an electric car but without the shitty looks or outrageous price tag when compared to "normal" cars.

While the Taycan Turbo S may not actually have turbos nor the ability to out accelerate a Model S P100D, but if something does break you can get it repaired in a timely manner.

I find it absurd that Porsche would refer to a car as "turbo" when it don't not contain a turbo. Silly naming schemes. BTW, I couldn't help but notice that Thomas avoided the rear seat. Pity, because that's really a very important consideration, since this car does segment itself as a 4-door sedan. Bases on that observation, I'm guessing its really not very livable back there, despite the two extra doors.
